About this free competency test

With this competency test you discover in three minutes which competencies are your strengths and where you have the most room to grow. The test is inspired by the four factors of the Korn Ferry competency model: thought, results, people and self. The questions and scoring are Deepler’s own.

Which competencies does the test measure?

  • Strategic thinking: looking beyond today’s task and working towards longer-term goals.
  • Adaptability: staying effective when the situation is unclear or changing.
  • Results orientation: achieving goals, keeping commitments and persevering.
  • Collaboration: sharing knowledge, involving others and resolving disagreements constructively.
  • Developing others: giving feedback and making room to learn.
  • Self-awareness: reflecting on your own role and actively asking for feedback.

Why invite a colleague?

A competency test that you fill in on your own measures your self-image. That is why, after the test, you can invite a colleague to answer the same questions about you. You then receive a comparison between your self-image and your colleague’s view, showing your hidden strengths and possible blind spots. That way you experience on a small scale how 360-degree feedback with Deepler 360 works.

A full 360 analysis

In a full Deepler 360 analysis, managers, colleagues and team members give feedback on the competencies that matter for your role or organisation. An adviser will be happy to discuss which set-up fits.
