Deepler was founded with a single goal in mind: to help organisations listen more effectively to their employees. By making feedback transparent and actionable, we build stronger teams, more engaged employees and better organisations.

From the outset, it was clear that employees deserve more than an annual survey whose results end up gathering dust in a drawer. Deepler was developed to provide organisations with continuous insight into what is going on, so that issues can be addressed more quickly and improvements are actually implemented.
